The local streets are narrow, twenty-foot wide, one-way, residential only, and separated by boulevard courts. Their sidewalks are unhindered by driveways, nor are there any unsightly utility poles, as street lighting is provided by underground conduit.

The service lanes are located to the rear of each of the residential and commercial blocks. The driveways located there, along with service vehicles access, telephone and power poles, sewer and water services.
